KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Proven transformational leadership & management experience
Thorough understanding of housing law and housing management practice
Understanding of housing policy and its impact on social housing providers
Experiencing of setting, managing and reporting on budgets
Experience of initiating and implementing service improvements
Experience of working within a wider management team
Experience of working with customers, colleagues, governance representatives and external stakeholders to agree and deliver business solutions

Able to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally
Able to lead and motivate a team to perform to a consistently high standard
Able to build and maintain a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement
Able to engage effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver results
Able to produce clear, well-structured reports and presentations to Boards and other formal groups to aid effective decision making
